Racism

Good day

I want to report the receptionist at eagle encounters. My son and I came to visit your premises on Sunday 4th of June. What a wonderful place, but we had a very bad encounter. This lady was on her phone the entire time while we enquired about the eagle activities. She didn't answer any of our questions and we decided to leave.

The next moment another (Caucasian) couple came in and she immediately put down her phone and explained everything to them in detail the way she should've done with us. At that moment we were at the door while this happened. I went back to her with my complaint, and I told her I'm going to put my complaint in writing.

See alot of racism review from this place. But when they replied to my complaint, they said they never received complaints about the receptionist concerning racism.

It's the culture there.
