Aggressive and unreasonable.

Van Rayhan was raising a shared boundary vibacrete wall on behalf of my neighbor. I negotiated the height of the wall with the neighbor beforehand, only to see on the day of installation that the wall went up another slab, to more than 2.2m. Upon confrontation, the man got aggressive, intimidating and shouted 'bully' all the time. I am a kind person and well respected in our neighborhood and in Plumstead. Besides this completely inappropriate behaviour, the craftsmanship of my side of the wall is poor in terms of finish and alignment. I have reported this incident to the Building & Planning Department Plumstead, and it will be investigated. Pls beware of Spike & Raise. I fully agree with the previous reviewer.
