Ignores customers for 4 days and then charges customer for their own faults
Most horrible wifi providers, we have had no wifi for 4 days and the owner is to aragant to let us know why we are paying for a service that we dont get,wifi is more off then on,when you ask him to rectify the problem,you get charged R250 everytime We have been ignored,my kids are homeschooled,dont waist your time with this wifi provider

05 Sept 2025, 09:27One cable was bent because your techs placed it there and it bent becaause I had to close window, even after the repair there was no wifi , complete arrogance,best thing i ever did was change wifi,and alot of people was saying the same thing as me btw
