Poor workmanship and no resolution – Dial a Contractor / Sphinx

I engaged Dial a Contractor (also trading as Sphinx) for plastering work at my property. Amount paid: R72,500 Work delivered: defective and requires significant rectification Independent rectification cost: R47,000+ Despite raising the issues: The defects were disputed No proper remedy was provided RPoor workmanship and no resolution – Dial a Contractor / Sphinxectification work is now underway due to the condition of the original work. Attempts were made to resolve the matter directly, however no satisfactory outcome was reached. The matter has now been escalated through formal consumer channels.
