We placed and paid for a large order on 30 October with a written guarantee to deliver by 15 December. On 7 January I received another guarantee that it will be delivered by 14 January. STILL NO FURNITURE.
I cannot reach them telephonically at all! I ASSUME YOUR PHONES HAS BEEN CUT. We cannot determine whether they are still in business.
We warned them that they already have a very bad reputation in the market with regards to delivery times and keeping to promises.
THIS IS 19 JANUARY AND STILL NO DELIVERY.
Should we sue you???????????????????????
I requested that the CEO phones me, that has also not happened.
I suggest you contact me very urgently to avoid legal action
