Absolutely Outstanding Catering Experience!
We recently booked this incredible team to cater my partner’s 50th birthday with a lamb on the spit, and from start to finish the experience was faultless. The cook was nothing short of exceptional, he basted the lamb perfectly throughout, cooked it to absolute perfection, and did it all whilst being discreet, polite, and incredibly efficient. The result? Succulent, flavourful, melt-in-your-mouth lamb that our guests are still talking about. Pat and Troy were an absolute pleasure to deal with, warm, friendly, and professional from the first interaction to the last. Every guest was so well catered for that many still managed to take leftovers home (a true sign of generous catering!). To top it off, the team allowed us to have their equipment collected the following day, which made hosting with guests still around completely stress-free. Top-tier service, outstanding food, and genuinely lovely people. I would recommend them in a heartbeat for any special occasion. Thank you for helping make such a milestone celebration unforgettable!

An absolute fantastic experience
If I could give them 10 stars I would. We celebrated my mom's 90th birthday last weekend. The service we received from Nadene regarding the booking was fantastic. She was always ready to assist with any queries and always very friendly. The team that did our catering was led by Mark and they were absolutely fantastic. Friendly and helpful and the food was very tasty and the guests very impressed with them. It was really a very special day.

We recently celebrated my brothers 50th birthday at home and wanted to make it a really special occasion. We opted for lamb spitbraai and to have it catered. During the quote process, it became quite clear that Spitz and Bitz were different. The service that we received from Spitz and Bitz was absolutely phenomenal from the beginning till the very very end of our function. The best service ever, from a proudly South African company. Family run business that you can trust to treat you like family. It was the easiest function that we ever held. The catering was superb, food was more than enough and perfectly prepared, served elegantly and so professionally. Our guests were thoroughly impressed and even left with "padkos". From Nadene, Tryon and Brian, we only got the absolute best service ever. We totally recommend them to anyone looking for great quality catering at the most affordable prices. You owe it to yourself to give them a try. You will not be disappointed! Call Nadene on ********** .
