Avoid Spore Emporium

Placed and order and it's been 18 days without any change in status of my order. No communications have been received after the order confirmation. Unsuccessfully have emails, called and tried the chat bot, no luck. No product. Terrible service, don't waste your money. I can't even get a response to get a refund.
