At first they were so helpful when we wanted to spend the money.. now it just seems like we are being ignored. I bought a voucher for my cousins birthday, now that he wants to use it.. he needed a code.. myself and him tried to contact them multiple times and they just ignore us...

Think I have Been ****med!
I fear I might have been ****med! Be Warned! I placed an order almost a month ago and have not received anything yet. I tried phoning and Watsapping them almost everyday for the last week. I get no feedback. I suspect that I have been ****med and would caution any person considering placing an order from them.

the products they offer are of the best out there. i have been searching all over south africa, and their products are reliable and of high quality. i recommend this business for everybody who wishes to succeed in their mission.

I have Placed my order with this company last week and tried to get a update/ETA on my order on Monday 27/11/2023. I have tried their live chat and called them several times but no answer. The number comes up as Chris Young on True caller. I got 2 messages back saying he will phone me back but still nothing. A case with the hawks will be opened against this person and the company if nothing is being done today. Would not recommend buying from this company at all.

Spore Emporium takes your money and doesn't deliver your order.
On 3 November 2023 I placed an order with #sporeemporium, today is 24 November 2023 and not only have I not received my order but I never got any confirmation either from the day I placed my order and made payment. I was chatting with Ruleen on whatsapp and since then he has not answered my calls or rep**** my messages. I've sent them an email and even reached out on Facebook and Instagram and still haven't received a response. I see there are other complaints from other clients as well, wish I had seen them before placing my order. I do not recommend #sporeemporiumsouthafrica . Place orders at your own risk.

Spore Emporium takes your money and doesn't deliver your order.
On 3 November 2023 I placed an order with #sporeemporium, today is 24 November 2023 and not only have I not received my order but I never got any confirmation either from the day I placed my order and made payment. Avoid Spore Emporium
Placed and order and it's been 18 days without any change in status of my order. No communications have been received after the order confirmation. Unsuccessfully have emails, called and tried the chat bot, no luck. No product. Terrible service, don't waste your money. I can't even get a response to get a refund.

Scam Emporium
I placed an order with Spore Emporium on 9 September 2022 at 11:00 PM The order was placed online, and paid for online. Order and payment confirmation emails were received shortly after placing the order. I have patiently waited more than three weeks for my order to arrive and have yet to receive it. I have emailed Spore Emporium on four occasions and only received one response from a Chris, saying he'll phone the same day to give an update on my order, that was 8 days ago and I have not heard from anyone since. I do not know what the status of my order is, I do not have a tracking number or courier details to ask them for tracking. I have emailed them again today for an update, and I'm waiting eagerly for a reply. Should I receive no further communication from them I will be taking legal action to get my money back. Please beware of the scam this company is running.
