For two months now I cannot get ahold of an agent to help with a port reset, because for the last two months I have only been getting 80KB download speeds on a 200MB line!!!??? This is daylight robbery and you are stealing from me! You don't have a call center anymore as all calls get cut and you are contacted via a BOT on WhatsApp that still can't help you in the slightest! I want to speak to a real human being! Not even a BOT can help me cancel this ****. You used to be the best Webafrica and now you are as useless as this country. I hope this company dies a slow and painful death. And **** you for stealing!
I placed an order with Spore Emporium on 9 September 2022 at 11:00 PM The order was placed online, and paid for online. Order and payment confirmation emails were received shortly after placing the order. I have patiently waited more than three weeks for my order to arrive and have yet to receive it. I have emailed Spore Emporium on four occasions and only received one response from a Chris, saying he'll phone the same day to give an update on my order, that was 8 days ago and I have not heard from anyone since. I do not know what the status of my order is, I do not have a tracking number or courier details to ask them for tracking. I have emailed them again today for an update, and I'm waiting eagerly for a reply. Should I receive no further communication from them I will be taking legal action to get my money back. Please beware of the scam this company is running.

They do not stock any fake products and their customer service is second to none. They always go out of their way to try and assist you and the new owner really knows what he's doing.
