Scam Emporium
I placed an order with Spore Emporium on 9 September 2022 at 11:00 PM The order was placed online, and paid for online. Order and payment confirmation emails were received shortly after placing the order.
I have patiently waited more than three weeks for my order to arrive and have yet to receive it. I have emailed Spore Emporium on four occasions and only received one response from a Chris, saying he'll phone the same day to give an update on my order, that was 8 days ago and I have not heard from anyone since.
I do not know what the status of my order is, I do not have a tracking number or courier details to ask them for tracking.
I have emailed them again today for an update, and I'm waiting eagerly for a reply. Should I receive no further communication from them I will be taking legal action to get my money back.
Please beware of the scam this company is running.

29 Sept 2022, 13:35Edit: Two days since posting on Hello Peter and I have received communication from a courier company (still nothing from Spore Emporium!) that they have a parcel out on delivery for me - I have received my order finally, after 3 weeks and 6 days! One day shy of a whole month after placing the order.
I am still upset with this company's lack of service and the deceitful reviews they place on their Facebook page stating their service is good and fast. A month is not fast people! If you cannot supply quickly then at least supply efficiently, communicate with your customers! Afterall they are paying your rent and salary.
