Tops Spar , I must say im quite disappointed because its not the 1st time, we buy there regularly but it feels like its getting worse everytime , most recently bought 12 hunters gold, did not drop them, open them nothing it was in the fridge for about 4 hours before we opened the 1st six pack, by the time we got to the last 2 they are idk what to call it but ill attach photos.. its alcohol so no its not the end of the world but its money that we spend and now lost .. very disappointed
On the 26th of March, I placed an order for three items, expecting delivery on Friday, 28th March. That delivery never happened. I later received an email stating that one of the items was lost in transit and that a replacement would be sent. I did receive the replacement, along with one of the other original items — but to this day, I'm STILL waiting for the third item. I've called, emailed, and followed up multiple times, but absolutely nothing has been done. No resolution, no update, no refund — just silence. I'm absolutely disgusted by this level of service. For a company as large as Takealot, this is completely unacceptable. I trusted takelots platform, and this experience has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and let down.
I have had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to communicate with Telkom across multiple platforms. Whether it’s through their customer support hotline, email, or social media channels, the level of service has been consistently poor. First, the response times are shockingly slow. I’ve had to wait for hours, and sometimes even days, just to receive a basic acknowledgment of my inquiry. When I do manage to speak with someone, the conversation often feels like I’m repeating myself over and over, only to get vague or unhelpful responses that don’t address my issue at all. now and then there is someone who is helpful enough The biggest issue, however, is that even when I finally manage to connect with a representative, they often lack the knowledge or resources to solve my problem. It feels as though I’m passed around from one department to another, each time starting from scratch, which only adds to the frustration. It’s as if their customer service teams are not properly trained or empowered to resolve issues efficiently. Despite reaching out through every available channel, I still have not received the help I need. This lack of effective communication and support is extremely disappointing, and it’s made dealing with Telkom a tedious and stressful experience. ive complained about having little to non internet at home for more than a month now , im supposed to have a 40mbps line i dont even reach 1mbps IF there is interent at all , ive called and asked for help I dont want to switch sim cards and do test if i cannot connect or i connect without interent is enough of a test to know its a problem, i would like to change my packages that i took since im paying for 1 that I cannot use, its probably the area but no person is able to even try and see if that is correct. At this point, I would hesitate to recommend Telkom to anyone. If you’re looking for a service provider with responsive, competent support, I suggest you look elsewhere.
At first they were so helpful when we wanted to spend the money.. now it just seems like we are being ignored. I bought a voucher for my cousins birthday, now that he wants to use it.. he needed a code.. myself and him tried to contact them multiple times and they just ignore us...
I'm so annoyed! I was retrenched end of Aug 2024 im still currently unemployed, im trying to sort out things with MTN with who i have a contract because im unable to make my payments and i cant do anything about it since UIF is also taking so long .. I've tried numerous times to get to the correct person to assist me and either the call cuts, or they don't have options to select for the matter I need so it looks so bad on record on my name but I've been trying and trying and just gets nothing right
Im getting VERY ****ed of with Defy . After assessing my fridge which i bought brand new it turned out it doesn't have gas in.. ive had to throw away lots of food already. Eventually i got a hold of Defy to get them to comw out which was the 16th of Jan , they informed me they will replace it. Since then the stock date has changed 3 times. Promising to call me every time i call and i NEVER get proper feedback or at all!!!! Having a fridge is a necessity i have groceries in there that cost a pretty penny and besides that im getting so inconvenienced because i cant keep any of my food that requires to be in the fridge by me because ive been waiting for a new fridge This is ridiculous! And very annoying bull**** actually that i have a new fridge but it doesn't work ***!
I bought a brand new fridge through pick n pay home , i waited almost 2 weeks for the fridge once i got it , it seemed to be fine but shortly after my fridge was not cooling down at all , the freezer works but ive had to throw away almost R500 worth of food from my fridge, (cheese,ham,viennas,milk etc) ive tried to make contact with defy without any luck pick n pay informed me that i need to contact them directly but im not being responded to ,the fridge is still under warranty, its very upsetting because i need to put ice blocks in my fridge so that the stuff in there just keep cool a little bit. This is ridiculous i believe its an out-of box failure or fault and id appreciate it if this can be sorted out before i lose more money.
Very sad that i feel i have to do this because i actually LOVE I&J's products unfortunately our last experience was terrible . we had so much fish bones and fish scales still on the battered covered Hake it was quite gross I honestly understand that 100% of all the bones cant be taken out I can only imagine that it must be very difficult to take them out but it spoilt a meal for the entire family which we also bought a big box of since we eat this on a regular basis to find a bone in here and there is one thing but it was like the quality was just getting worse it doesn't taste the same and to pick apart the fish piece by piece just to take out scales and bones is not my or my family's ideal meal . so disappointed !

Im very disappointed in this brand ,i bought dubery sunglasses for my boyfriend in January 2022 for his birthday via takealot, its December 2022 and the polarized tint coating whatever its called ia already comming off l, he doesn't use them constantly but on a regular basis but for R600 which is alot for me i honestly thought it will last longer than 12 months. What a disappointment definitely wont recommend
