Think I have Been ****med!
I fear I might have been ****med! Be Warned! I placed an order almost a month ago and have not received anything yet. I tried phoning and Watsapping them almost everyday for the last week. I get no feedback. I suspect that I have been ****med and would caution any person considering placing an order from them.

Might as well be screaming into a Void
I placed an order over a month ago. We received half of the order this week. I've had to phone in every day this week and each time be put on hold and then being told they will phone me back with feedback. I receive 0 feedback from them. The worst service was from Thabelo who "assisted" me in the morning. I phoned him back in the afternoon after holding for 35min. His incompetence got the better of him and he put the phone down in my ear. I then had to phone in again and hold for an additional 30min and they transferred me to a store. This place is so unprofessional and inconsiderate. I still don't have an answers for where my order is. Someone from the store is now trying to assist me as the customer service team don't really care and its like speaking into a void. She has also now said she will phone me back...... :( My phone ill at this point will be higher than my order value.
