On 3 November 2023 I placed an order with #sporeemporium, today is 24 November 2023 and not only have I not received my order but I never got any confirmation either from the day I placed my order and made payment. I was chatting with Ruleen on whatsapp and since then he has not answered my calls or rep**** my messages. I've sent them an email and even reached out on Facebook and Instagram and still haven't received a response. I see there are other complaints from other clients as well, wish I had seen them before placing my order. I do not recommend #sporeemporiumsouthafrica . Place orders at your own risk.
Used the Malibongwe branch in Northridding quite a few times and never had any issues until I booked a trailer for cross border use. Paid a deposit of R10000 last year and brought the trailer back on the 31st. Apparently my deposit was refunded and would reflect in my account in 3-4 days. A week later my money still wasn't in my account and when I went back to enquire I was told it's actually 7 working days. Waited patiently for 7 working days and still nothing. Phoned and spoke to the manager who promised to follow up and get back to me and needless to say they didn't. Went there the next day and I was told Nedback needed 48 hours to figure out where my money is. 13 days since returning the trailer and I still don't have my money. The manager is very flippant and actually patronising, taking no responsibility whatsoever. After asking to speak to his superior he told me he was the franchise owner and he was the last point of contact. Noone has bothered to update me on their efforts if any and if I don't chase after them they don't bother to make contact. I've wasted time and money going back and forth and trying to call and still, I don't have my money back and noone can tell me where it is. All they say is well we've refunded your money, there's nothing more we can do!
