Sportpesa is a scam

On Saturday I made a deposit of R3990 on Sportpesa account wanting to bet the Ah Ahly VS Sundowns game and my account was locked without explaining anything to me before I even placed a bet. Now I want my money their agents are telling me there is nothing they can do I must wait for them. It's been 5 days now.
