Cancelled contract - harassment

Good day

I had a 6 months contract with Edge Fitness, Walker Drive, PE., which I cancelled - agreement was to cancel the contract at the end of the 6th month, which I did, in writing. I explained that my husband could be transferred workwise at any time - reason for only taking a 6 months contract). Their salesman changed the 6 months to 36 months - staff at Edge Fitness said they're aware of this as I'm not the 1st person complaining/reporting it.

I went to their office to explain that I cancelled the contract yet they keep on phoning and harassing me. I also explained to them that a Rand Civils truck drove into me causing me to indebt myself with vehicle finance which I didn't bargain for and that I cannot afford to sign a new contract with them (my car was a write-off). (The salesman who assisted me is no longer employed by them)

Now I've received an email - notice to the judgement debtor.

I followed all the correct steps yet they keep on harassing me and threatening me.

What am I to do?
