Wrong shoes delivered

Bought tennis shoes but the wrong shoes (totally wrong color) was delivered. They actually did not have stock of the shoes I wanted. I was promised other shoes before Friday afternoon. Waited the whole weekend and still nothing. This was a very bad experience and I just want a refund. I'll never buy from them again.
