MWEB
Terrible service from MWEB and it just gets worse by the day. I've been struggling for months now to get a mailbox upgraded to a premium mailbox after Mweb accidentally upgraded the wrong mailbox... twice. Now I'm struggling to get my bill sorted out as they billed me for the wrong upgrade. Their call center are pathetic as you struggle to get through. Been promised call-backs on numerous occasions without any.

Wrong shoes delivered
Bought tennis shoes but the wrong shoes (totally wrong color) was delivered. They actually did not have stock of the shoes I wanted. I was promised other shoes before Friday afternoon. Waited the whole weekend and still nothing. This was a very bad experience and I just want a refund. I'll never buy from them again.

Discovery Bank closure issues
I'm struggling to close my Discovery Card. I'm only getting transferred back and forth. Made a couple of calls for more than 30 minutes. Apparently this is normal according to quite q few Facebook users.
