Not impressed with Spot a loan😡😡😡😡

Very disappointed with the consultant who "assisted" me with this process. After I oaid the R750 had to ask for invoice. Then she went mum after sending my documents to the respective lenders. Even after the outcome I sent her a message via whatsapp she just blue ticked me. I did not expect any sort of special treatment but just some sort of acknowledgement would have sufficed. I feel that the only core aspect was to get the R750 then leave me like a bad habit
