Very disappointed with the consultant who "assisted" me with this process. After I oaid the R750 had to ask for invoice. Then she went mum after sending my documents to the respective lenders. Even after the outcome I sent her a message via whatsapp she just blue ticked me. I did not expect any sort of special treatment but just some sort of acknowledgement would have sufficed. I feel that the only core aspect was to get the R750 then leave me like a bad habit I honestly believed that

What rude service from a company who se employees are not trained to deal with customers. Rude to the max. I'm exchanging clothing and this cashier, akeitumetse had attitude as though I'm asking for the clothes. This company needs to train their cashiers so they can understand the crux of customer service. You are rude Keitumetse and for that I will close m6 account with Ackermans.
I would like to write a review about Auto and General The agent that assisted me was very professional and friendly. She had a vast knowledge of the product and her explenation was explicit. Her heap assistance was highly appreciated.
I write this review with so much frustration and annoyance. GOLDWAGEN ALBERTON, ROMANO VAN WYK, JACQUE your client service is undesirable to say the least. We bought a water pump (BMW) on 21 October 2022,( cash, no installment) and had it installed on the same day. For an entire month, we drove the car, then on my way to Bloemfontein on 21 November 2022, the water light came on, I had it checked out, and was then informed the water pump was not pumping water. I removed it and took it back into GOLDWAGEN ALBERTON since it was still a brand-new pump and has a guarantee. ROMANO VAN WYK, upon acceptance of the pump then said that it will be sent for testing and within +- 21 days we would get the pump back with a response. There was no interaction from ROMANO VAN WYK AT ALL unless I called to enquire. On 7th December 2022, I called JACQUE- GOLDWAGEN ALBERTON who said he will get back to me. Indeed he called me back on 08 December 2022, saying that the water pump is 'REJECTED' FROM HEAD OFFICE, sighting the pump is working, by switching it on, but not testing it with water. Jacque then proceeded to say we will have the pump back in 7 days. WELL, WE ARE STILL WAITING, 7 DAYS HAVE COME AND GONE, AND STILL NO WATER PUMP OR EVEN THE DECENCY TO CALL AND GIVE FEEDBACK UNLESS I CALL. We have entered a new year still with no interaction from them at all. GOLDWAGEN, GIVE ME BACK THE R7000.00 THAT I SPENT ON THAT FAULTY PUMP. THIS IS UTTER NONSENSE THAT YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER THIS WAY. As reputable as you deem yourself, your service is pathetic. I am beyond livid and am not going to take this anymore. I have been lenient because it was December and companies closed, but heck it's the end of January 2023 now, and still nothing. Frankly, I did not borrow the pump, I paid hard cash for it . THIS IS JUST SOO DARN FRUSTRATING
The level of professionalism received from such a large service provider is putred to say the least. I canceled my data contract with them 25 January 2021, whereby I was assured it is canceled. To date my account still gets debited after numerous calls to them whereby the consultants Kevin and Ephraim assured me that it is canceled and the money deducted will be returned to me. Yet to my surprise again my account has been debited and when I called I was transferred from pillar to post. This is most annoying and frustrating because they have no right to debit when I have canceled well in advance. I want my monies back that is being stolen from me by VODACOM. Not even the team leaders can call back when the consultants so eloquently lie and say they will be in contact. VODACOM GIVE MY MONEY BACK, YOU ARE PATHETIC
I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. She called Vodacom on 25 January 2021 to cancel her data contract she has with Vodacom.A consultant named Kevin assisted her and assured her that the contract is canceled. Come end of February, her account gets debited again, she then called to enquire and the consultant then explains to her that it takes a month to cancel, which she understood and was again given assurance the contract is canceled. March, again her acc gets debited call in again then explains the situation to the consultant who then gets kevin who initially assisted, and he promises high and low the contract is canceled and definitely will not be debited again.My mom believes him once again, come April again acc is debited. Confused because she was reassured the contract is cancelled she calls the call centre yet again to find out that the cancelation was not done properly the first time. The service she got from Vodacom Call Centre Consultant Kevin has left a bitter taste in her mouth. She has been paying for canceled benefits and been lied to. PATHETIC SERVICE FROM VODACOM EMPLOYEES
This is by far the poorest service I could get, I submitted my claim documents to them via Jet on 17 November only to find out that my device has not been added to the insurance, I then had to email IUA all the policy documents, which I did on 23 November 2020, which I got the response to that the device has been added and an Administrator will get in touch with me within 5-7 working days. Still no response from the supposed administrator. So today 08/12/2020 I take it upon myself to call Finrite and enquire what the delay is, only to now find that the person who assisted with the initial blacklisting has done it wrong. Now my question is why then does it take for me an irrate annoyed client to call them when they said they will be in touch. The consultant put me through to an extention where the call got cut off. FINRITE your service is pathetic
I have experienced the most unsatisfactory service from Jet Stores in Southgate. I have been standing for 45 minutes to get assistance then when eventually the lady does help she nonchalantly says thats the insurance place is closed and there is nothing she can do i must call them. Now my problem here is how on earth do you provide a service then treat your customers so poorly? I am appalled at their service. Never again!!!
