Dishonest and ******* business practices. Stay far away.
Zane Sauer sealed my roof in May 2020 and gave me a 10 year warranty. My roof started leaking less than 2 years later, so he went and patch up again. Now, 3 years and 9 months later my roof is leaking again and despite the 10 year warranty, Zane wants more money to fix his work. I phoned the paint company (Sealtek) and after thorough investigation, they found that the roof was not prepared as quoted, rust was not removed as quoted, old seal patches and *****s were not cleaned or removed as quoted , paint was app**** to thin and not on the thickness that was quoted. They also mentioned that Zane was thinning the paint and for that reason they chased him away and they don't deal with him anymore. Currently he is running away, not prepared to give his address or reply to my emails. Stay far away from Spray Coats SA.
