Springbok Casino emailed me a free spins bonus offer. I accepted it through their system. Unlike other casinos that block you and ask for a deposit first, Springbok allowed me to redeem, play and win without any warning. I attempted to withdraw my winnings. Springbok confirmed my payout request with a green tick confirmation screen and thanked me by name. They then rejected every single withdrawal. Transaction IDs rejected: 71241259 (R600), 71238370 (R800), 71237127 (R500) In their own rejection notes they wrote: "As per the email winnings voided due to consecutive bonuses use" — admitting the bonus came from their own email yet still voiding everything. Their system accepted my redemption, confirmed my payout, then stripped my entire balance using "Miscellaneous Rule Deduction" entries. At no point was I warned or blocked during redemption. This is deliberate. They invite you by email, let you play, confirm your payout, then void everything at withdrawal. I have full documentation of every transaction.
