Me and my family had a really hard time getting to JHB from Maputo, and we arrived late. I had scheduled with Springbok to arrive before 11pm, but we could not make it in time. Springbok representatives were of extreme help, and managed my expectations and the whole case via Whatsapp, while they tried to sort out my situation, which they did.
