Excellent if you prefer poor service

They've convinced me to move my policies to them and it went well for the first 2 months or so then suddenly my debit orders stopped going off. I've been calling them weekly and each time.e they have a different excuse. I wanted to pay my missed payments via eft to keep my annuity going nut they could not provide me with any details. I've been going on like this for 4 months. I've had enough!
