I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team of Springpoint Finance for their incredible work, dedication and commitment. Whenever I need clarity on my life policies, short term insurance, medical aid, gap cover (just to name a few) these people reply to my emails ever so efficiently and will call me to explain in simple to understand terms. Through their expertise, guidance and transparency, earlier this year I made a decision regarding one of my investments and I couldn't be happier. For me, 5 STARS doesn't do justice to this awesome team of professionals .

STAY AWAY FROM THESE ****MERS!
They are ****mers; stay far away. They offer to get your policy info (via Verifi, which is their other company), and when they do, they have your info. That's when they start calling you and nagging you to move your investment and policies over to them so that they can get commission, and then you never hear from them again. They claim to save you money on premiums and fees and convince you to move so that they can line their pockets with commission. Stay away from these ****mers; you lose a lot of money when you move your policies and investments!

GATVOL OF VERIFY/SPRINGPOINT FINANCE
I've also been convinced to move my policies to them and had nothing but **** ever since. Nothing is ever theit fault, and they don't answer questions you post to them by email. I'm still waiting for a retirement pollicy pay-out since June/July2024. At the time I was promissed this to hapen within 36 days. It is now the end of November 2024 and I'm STILL waiting! I'VE HAD ENOUGH!!!

Non responsive business
This service provider is very bad when it comes to responding. I contacted them more than a month ago to send me a document, up to now they have not responded. Sometimes when you contact them on the telephone they do not even answer.

This service provider is very bad when it comes to responding. I contacted them more than a month ago to send me a document, up to now they have not responded. Sometimes when you contact them on the telephone they do not even answer.

Poor service
They were quick to take one’s business but they are very poor in responding. When I agree to get comparative quotes and enquire what the outcomes were, no response. They provide you with a consultant but even that person does not respond. In fact, possibly better dealing without a consultant or taking one’s business somewhere else.

Poor service
They were quick to take one’s business but they are very poor in responding. When I agree to get comparative quotes and enquire what the outcomes were, no response. They provide you with a consultant but even that person does not respond. In fact, possibly better dealing without a consultant or taking one’s business somewhere else.

Excellent if you prefer poor service
They've convinced me to move my policies to them and it went well for the first 2 months or so then suddenly my debit orders stopped going off. I've been calling them weekly and each time.e they have a different excuse. I wanted to pay my missed payments via eft to keep my annuity going nut they could not provide me with any details. I've been going on like this for 4 months. I've had enough!

Do not ever work for them.They Lure you away from the company you are working for,with promises. You make them millions of rands by selling their insurance to clients. Do not pay as promised, change your contract and commission as they please to suite their own payment structure..When deciding to leave and try to better yourself,they do not pay you your salary for the last month worked. Just say no, we will not pay. Disgusting and *****ing.
