I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team of Springpoint Finance for their incredible work, dedication and commitment. Whenever I need clarity on my life policies, short term insurance, medical aid, gap cover (just to name a few) these people reply to my emails ever so efficiently and will call me to explain in simple to understand terms. Through their expertise, guidance and transparency, earlier this year I made a decision regarding one of my investments and I couldn't be happier. For me, 5 STARS doesn't do justice to this awesome team of professionals .
When the E-Mail from Hellopeter popped in my inbox and I read the reviews for "The Holiday Club " which is owned by the Beekman Group, I had to quickly write a short message. I've been a member for many years; my father was also a member, who had introduced me to the Holiday Club. The consultants are friendly and helpful; I miss talking to them as I now book online ****tle tech savvy now ☺) Their resorts are clean, modern, smart, spacious and security is top notch. I can't wat to go on a holiday again. need the break ...

My biggest mistake was taking a sim only data contract with a consultant from the Pick n Pay Centre in Chatsworth, he is completely clueless about the services they offer, term and conditions etc. Since June 2024 till now I have had endless issues, from the start, he gave me the wrong sim card and from there on, I have been over billed and I still waiting for MTN to advise how they got to those figures. I am so furious with MTN, they are so quick to debit our accounts and cannot advise why I am paying so much more than the consultant had advised me. PLEASE PEOPLE, check your bank statements, I feel for the elders, or people that are not checking what goes off their bank accounts and contracts they had taken. To this day I am still waiting for MTN to get back to me. The latest issue I have, is that MTN did not allocate me with my data this month and yet they are debiting me account, promptly on the 25th. Nobody from their customer care has any idea why MTN did not allocate my data, it is now the 12th of December, but I must still pay them for something I didn't receive. Where is the fairness in all this ???? I will never recommend MTN to my family or friends
I'VE BEEN A CLIENT WITH MZANSI FOR 15 YEARS AND I MUST COMMEND THEM ON THEIR GREAT SERVICE AT ALL TIMES. RECENTLY THERE WAS AN ANNUAL INCREASE IN PREMIUMS AND I JUST COULDN'T AFFORD IT, SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY GLADLY REDUCED IT TO AN AMOUNT I WAS TOTALLY SURPRISED WITH. I WAS SO EXCITED, IT FELT LIKE CHRISTMAS HAD COME EARLY FOR ME.
