When security destroy your business

I was treated like a ******** a while ago, by the security of Springs Mall, because I use their restrooms every morning, while waiting for the shops to open. Although I am known to one of the owners, this did not spare me the embarrassment and humiliation. What was my morning peace time, turned into a nightmare. I am surprised that management allow security guards to humiliate customers, while there are other centre's to do business at.
