When security destroy your business
I was treated like a ******** a while ago, by the security of Springs Mall, because I use their restrooms every morning, while waiting for the shops to open. Although I am known to one of the owners, this did not spare me the embarrassment and humiliation. What was my morning peace time, turned into a nightmare. I am surprised that management allow security guards to humiliate customers, while there are other centre's to do business at.

I was treated like a ******** a while ago, by the security of Springs Mall, because I use their restrooms every morning, while waiting for the shops to open. Lost of laybye
I went several times @ Ackerman's springs mall,to take out a laybye they told me the laybye is lost they can't find it,I'm so dissatisfied as this laybye has my children Xmas clothes how can they be so unprofessional.

I had a problem, waiting for the bank to open, when those ladies open, their spirit was so warm and welcoming, joking and very jovial. They changed the serious banking mood, to a very warm relaxed mood. They jokingly called me “babe” now I also call them “babe” The one who helped me is Thandeka, who did an excellent job, with patience and vast knowledge, pity I did not get the names of the other ladies. Ladies big up to you, keep up the good spirit and well. Done.❤️

Poor Service
# Bag House - I bought a Cotton Road Handbag from Bag House. Not even a month and a half the straps of the Handbag is tearing out of the Material. Took the Handbag, back to the shop # Bag House, to my surprise the Shop Owner did not even care about the broken Handbag. No exchange, no refund nothing. So I paid alot of money for this Handbag, a Handbag which I cannot even use. What a disappointing experience.

My experience at Springs mall seeing security guards abusing elderly ppl parked at the entrance just so the lady can be able to get be lifted to her wheelchair. I'm disgusted by this act they didn't even show compassion instead of them assisting they are screaming and pointing at poor ppl . What gives your guards so much power to abuse customers because apart from this incident Springs mall guards are very disrespectful

Clean Mall
What a clean Mall to visit exceptional clean. I just drove in to buy food from the highway l couldn't believe my eyes. The nearby taxi rank is spotless clean am impressed and will drive to do my shopping. Mall management please keep it up.
