I went several times @ Ackerman's springs mall,to take out a laybye they told me the laybye is lost they can't find it,I'm so dissatisfied as this laybye has my children Xmas clothes how can they be so unprofessional.
I was denied doing laybye with the percentage that they are telling us 10% deposit,I asked earlier they confirmed it's 10%,then I went back again they denied,a young lady called Lihle at pep clothing store Tsakane mall.
I was badly treated today by a man who works at legit Tsakane mall.I wanted an advice of what I can do since my laybye is near to expire,the cashier advice me to cancel the laybye and pick the ones I wanted most with the cash,we proceed then ,the man came and punch the items ND choose for me the ones I must take,saying he won't allow me to take all of them since they are being marked down,he further told me there's nothing I can do he owns the shop ,i ended up leaving everything,all the items I wanted he denied me buying them.I will never set my foot there ,he doesn't respect customer service law ,ND he doesn't deserve to work with people the way he attacked me for something that doesn't belong to him.
My experience is very bad I paid on the 6 th ,then Monday I went to buy ,they said I have an overdue odlf R139:43 I paid it,then when I shop they told me I have another overdue of R235:00 I contacted their customer care center ND spoke to the Team leader Nomthandazo who told me that their systems provide the wrong information on the slip but she doesn't have any solution for it ,so y don't they change their systems if it's providing wrong information to their customers,I feel they are robbing us.
