Exceptional and Memorable Service
Today I decided to take my daughter to Wild Spear Spur as she loves the playground and everything was exceptional, from the kids meal to the attentive service and inviting atmosphere. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her playtime.I would love to thank SAM and KB(KARABO) the waiters who were incredibly attentive and empathetic.The manager MPILO made our experience extra special by resolving an issue I had promptly. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The service was impeccable. The staff anticipated our needs.

Exceptional and Memorable Service
Today I decided to take my daughter to Wild Spear Spur as she loves the playground and everything was exceptional, from the kids meal to the attentive service and inviting atmosphere. Best Spur ever
Took my mom to this fancy restaurant called spur🥰in jabulane credit has to be given to the team..Lethu our waiter(service expert) ensured that professionalism and regular checks are met, Thabang and Lerato came to ensure we are receiving the best experience and we sure did. Thank you jabulane team..and thank you Mpilo(manager) for the voucher ..my mom had a good time im pleased and would recommend people who have a taste in life to visit this plek 5 🌟

I just love the amazing customer service in this place
I just love the amazing customer service in this place. It keeps me coming back for me. The last time we were served by Karabo he served us with a smile through out the day and today we got the identical service from Lesego who kept on checking ✔️ if we good. We really appreciated that.

Had an amazing day a...
Had an amazing day as my son was celebrating his 5th birthday we decided to try spur in jabulani mall.. the environment was welcoming not only to me but to the 2 sons I had with me.. Busi was out waitress she was so gentle and kind .. even the managers would come to me and ask if everything was still fine .. I enjoyed my stay there and I know for a fact that this is one birthday my 5 year old will remember

Nobody has attended to my review before I am gonna post this on tik Tok and Twitter now Let's start with the stuff they were so friendly and got the and everything was booked but our table was just different from others maybe it's me who does not understand they had happy birthday stickers we did not , and the birthday boy did not get any special surprise as started we got lucky packet gifts instead of gift box that is just false advertising, and the was a waiter who got mad at the tip where else he was not the one who served us he rushed to bring us the bill and he threw the kids drawings on the floor and told us to get up he wants to clean while we were still sitting...thank you for the help I got from Tshepo from day one when I enquired about the booking
