I wish to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received at Renault Melrose Arch, particularly from Anna. I have never experienced such exceptional service elsewhere. Anna was welcoming, friendly, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very informative. She demonstrated true dedication to her work and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. On 06/12/2025, despite finishing her shift at 12:00, Anna waited for me to collect my car after its service—even though I was over 1 hour and 30 minutes late. Her thoughtfulness and commitment to customer satisfaction were remarkable. I would also like to thank her manager (whose name I unfortunately forgot) for being friendly, helpful, and understanding of my circumstances. Sending positive vibes to Anna—you truly exemplify what great customer service is all about. I hope Renault recognises and rewards such dedication. Keep up the excellent work!
This horrible service provider l want to cancel my services with them
I have been experiencing issues with Truworths Maponya Mall for a whole week now, and unfortunately, Truworths head office has failed to resolve my complaint. This reflects poorly on the company and indicates a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I strongly believe that the disrespectful behaviour of the staff was intentional, as they seemed unconcerned about the consequences. Due to the lack of resolution and ongoing poor behaviour, I have decided to terminate my Truworths account. I will settle my balance and request the account to be closed immediately.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience with Truworths Maponya Mall. It's concerning to hear that some staff members have been disrespectful towards customers or unable to assist them to the best of their ability. Companies need to ensure that their staff members are trained to provide excellent customer service and represent the company. Although I have been patient about this behaviour, it has become increasingly difficult for me to tolerate. It is unfair that we have to travel to Sandton, 4Ways or ClearWater to receive good services while we have local stores available
