I am shocked and and appalled by the poor service I have received at Renault Melrose in Johannesburg I was made an offer and accepted the linked rate Earlier today I was told I can come and collect the car at 15:00. Later today I was told that the deal can no longer go ahead because the branch had made calculation errors I have subsequently cancelled my insurance in anticipation of of collecting the car and showing confirmation of insurance. I expect this to be resolved and for me to receive the car that I accepted the deal on or this will have to be taken further through legal channels as this was not my mistake and has inconvenienced me dramatically

I will like to thank Margaret for the beautiful service i have received from her. I brought in my car yesterday and she was there to assist me with a smile. And i have been receiving updates from her. She is willing to even go an extra mile. I am frustrated that my car is not yet ready but dealing with people like Margaret makes things a bit easier. Anna was welcoming, friendly, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very informative. She demonstrated true dedication to her work and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. On 06/12/2025, despite finishing her shift at 12:00, Anna waited for me to collect my car after its service—even though I was over 1 hour and 30 minutes late. Her thoughtfulness and commitment to customer satisfaction were remarkable. I would also like to thank her manager (whose name I unfortunately forgot) for being friendly, helpful, and understanding of my circumstances. Sending positive vibes to Anna—you truly exemplify what great customer service is all about. I hope Renault recognises and rewards such dedication. Keep up the excellent work!

I’ll always recommend this branch. They always go out of their way to assist a customer. Excellent service from the ladies at reception, service centre, manager for service department and all the way up to the dealer principal. Keep it up!

I recently bought a beautiful Kwid , while i was not looking to buy, after a service on my vehicle, Anna called to check on the quality of the service , she asked if I was looking to buy a new car seeing that its 5 years we can look into getting you a new kwid. In my experience of being sold things, the was the least intrusive sales pitch. Didn’t even know that one can actually do that. Anna thanks. From the first call to me parking my new car in the garage 2weeks fair trade in price quick turnaround time by everyone I dealt with at the dealership is 5star.
