Lack of feedback on my recovery of excess. I never receive feedback unless i call or email. Then receive the same feedback you got over a month ago. I understand that a recovery can be a lengthy process. But why is no one providing feedback?
I will like to thank Margaret for the beautiful service i have received from her. I brought in my car yesterday and she was there to assist me with a smile. And i have been receiving updates from her. She is willing to even go an extra mile. I am frustrated that my car is not yet ready but dealing with people like Margaret makes things a bit easier. I received an SMS from Fed health stating that i need to pay an amount of R2000 Within 14 days or my account will be handed over. this is an account that was closed over 2 years ago. firstly i called fed health a few month ago wanting to make an arrangement ,and i was told that this account was closed. and that the only account available is the new membership account i currently have. i never received a call i never received an Sms i have never received a LOD stating that i should make payment . i just receive this SMS stating that i am going to be handed over. fedhealth must refrain from being *********. there are certain steps to follow before one can decide to hand over a matter. none of those steps were followed. i request fedhealth to follow the correct steps and contact me regarding this matter so that we can find a way to resolve the matter. i will wait for your call.
I am really disappointed with Mfc and nedbank insurance. I send confirmation of my insurance to mfc a few times, and they confirmed receipt, however i received communication that i am uninsured and they added a debt protection cover of about 470 a month. We sorted that out as i received confirmation that the debt cover was removed. Now again this morning, on the 30th i received confirmation of my new cover for debt protection. What is wrong with MFC. i provided proof of my comprehensive cover, why do they keep getting this wrong.i escalated to 2 seniors Neo and Deshnee. Deshnee doesn't even care to respond. Neo still doesn't get this right. Please fix this. I already increased my installments on my car. I cant pay extra unnecessary things because of incompetence
i called nedbank twice to resolve the matter with my credit card. The consultant i spoke too advised that it will take an hour . its been over 3 hours now. i have funds available in my credit card and cant use them. Please look into this matter and resolve it. im currently at the dealership for my car service and they waiting payment.
may GOSIAME please revert with my query and the details of the credit controller. fed health keeps debiting me on a plan that was cancelled over a year or 2 years ago . the money is for an unpaid Medi vault. the money was initially debited from my employer and when i cancelled i had no idea the funds were no longer deducted from my salary . i was surprised when Medi health started debiting my account for over R 2000. i want to make an arrangement and can this debit order be removed please.
last year i called to report a *****ulent application against my ID , FASTA then sent communication to Transunion that the credit application was not done by me. after a month they sent communication to Transunion that it was actually me due to the investigations done. what investigations were done???? They noted the number that was used to apply was 0733172880. i have never used that number before. i do not even know that number. i am now stuck with a credit enquiry that is damaging my credit score. can FASTA please fix this matter. call that number and find out who it belongs too, do proper investigations.
Last year around October, there was a *****ulent credit application on my name. I disputed this application with transunion and it was later removed. To my suprise this keeps reappearing on my enquiries and this credit application is decreasing my score. Why does transunion remove and then add again on my enquiries? This needs to be removed permanently.the enquiry is Fasta loans. I never did this application, it wss *****ulent. My credit card with nedabank is in good standing, with a positive balance, i noticed that transunion removed this from my accounts. Why? My dispute was against the balance not the account. Can transunion put correct information please. This credit scored affects our lives. Thank you
Can rain please fix their incorrect billing amount so that i can pay. My payment due is 659 and not 1113. I only missed February payment on 25th.i wanted to settle that but was shocked when i saw the billing amount. I already called support twice and they also confirmed the same thing that what is due is 569 however only billing can amend this amount. I waited the whole day for billing to call back. Can you please fix this and bill me the correct amount so i can pay. Thank you

I only missed the February payment and my payment should be 569 and not 1113.i already called support twice and the 2 agents confirmed all payments have been received except for February, so why is Rain double charging me? Please fix this so that i can make payment
