Absolutely speechless - out of this world SHOCKINGLY poor Client Service. It's nou 5 months we've been trying to access our account! Since we're getting NOWHERE with support to actually gain access to our account, we have now started to request the transfer of ownership back to myself as original website creator.
Squarespace Support send you in circles and circles and every time it is a new bright spark "jumping on the issue", just to advise us to
1. "submit documents to verify" (DID THIS) 2. "use AppleID" (doesn't work and we've explained this more times than I can count) 3. "follow this link from client's e-mail" (LINK DOES NOT ALLOW CLIENT TO HIT SEND AFTER ALLLLLLL THE TROUBLE AND HUNDRED QUESTIONS TO SUBMIT THE FORM) 4. "submit documents again" (refer to the ticket we keep on giving you!!!!! it has the documents!) 5. client must contact us directly from their email (client did this - and then they refer us to one of the above, or all options)
This was the start of it, we are now jumping across all these instructions as if it's a competition - how many hoops should we jump through before someone at Squarespace does their JOB and HELP A CLIENT OUT HERE!!!!
Again, and again, and another evil circle. We have done what all your agents asked, but not a single inch forward in the right direction...
Isn't it Ironic, one of the most well known website builders - their own website doesn't work! And Support - some of your agents are friendly, thanks!! But just as USELESS as everybody else.
