My MTN Account was handed over to SSDA on 03/09/2024. I have been calling SSDA for the settlement letter in order to pay for this Account I have engaged with several agents saying that my details are not showing on their side as they were not yet uploaded. My question to the last guy that I spoke with who was very rude was that how long does it takes for the details to reflect to their system because my account was handed over last year in September 2024 he did not give a straight answer but said I should check in 78 hours I told him that the last guy that I spoke with said the exact thing that he will escalate the matter I should check in 78 hours and that guy was Mr Williams he never did. This guy was very rude to me I asked to speak to his Supervisor Bontle Magradi and he said she is not available she is always in meeting I will not get hold of her. When I call SSDA now they don't answer someone will just pick up the phone and say nothing until I drop the phone. I am very frustrated as I need to settle this account I don't know what to do anymore can someone assist me out there please.
