I settled my MTN account with them around last year in July but my credit report still indicates that I owe MTN. I have sent countless emails to both SSDA and mtn but have not even received a response from both parties. When I call SSDA they do confirm that my account is settled but for some reason the information has not been updated with the credit bureaus.

They are so rude and unreasonable, i lost my job in January and they only starting to phone me and force me to do a debit order i started only now working again i explained and said as soon as i get any money in before my pay date i will make payment now she wants to tell me about cellc and and what not i made a agreement with ssd with a eft and that was never a issue now phoning me and upsetting me at work i really think your people need proper training…

Just spoke to a Collection agent named Kabelo at about 08:06 on 22/08/2025. He is the worst consultant I ever spoke to, he is rude and shxt agent. While asking him a question he kept quiet and dropped the call.

Good Day I have my MTN Account hand over to SSDA and I have been struggling to get hold of them to sorted my account out. I have emailed and phone I got no response back on how to pay that account of my . I WILL NEVER RECOMEND SSDA TO ANYONE BAD EXPERIENCE EVER. I SETTLED MY BALACE AND THEY STILL SENDING ME EMAILS THAT I HAVE TO MAKE A PAYMENT

My MTN Account was handed over to SSDA on 03/09/2024. I have been calling SSDA for the settlement letter in order to pay for this Account I have engaged with several agents saying that my details are not showing on their side as they were not yet uploaded. My question to the last guy that I spoke with who was very rude was that how long does it takes for the details to reflect to their system because my account was handed over last year in September 2024 he did not give a straight answer but said I should check in 78 hours I told him that the last guy that I spoke with said the exact thing that he will escalate the matter I should check in 78 hours and that guy was Mr Williams he never did. This guy was very rude to me I asked to speak to his Supervisor Bontle Magradi and he said she is not available she is always in meeting I will not get hold of her. When I call SSDA now they don't answer someone will just pick up the phone and say nothing until I drop the phone. I am very frustrated as I need to settle this account I don't know what to do anymore can someone assist me out there please.
