I have been asking for a paid up letter since 2025, to date i haven't received it. I have called in several times. I have also used your whatsapp portal to request for it and still nothing. The listing on my name is seriously affecting my life and i am just trying to get it cleared. I NEED THE LETTER PROVIDED ASAP!
Good day, I am writing this email to express my disappointment in your services. When YOUR systems are down and the customer is not able to load money into their card, why can't the customer be allowed to go through and continue their trip. It's your system that is down after all, why should the customer be inconvenienced by that. It's even worse because it's not like the customer can just get a taxi to town because your stations are placed at areas where there are no taxis. So the customer has to either go back home or call an Uber which is almost 10x the amount they would have paid for the bus trip. And what about school kids who don't have money for an Uber? Must they miss school for the day because your system is down??? Your service is absolutely atrocious. Do better!
I settled my MTN account with them around last year in July but my credit report still indicates that I owe MTN. I have sent countless emails to both SSDA and mtn but have not even received a response from both parties. When I call SSDA they do confirm that my account is settled but for some reason the information has not been updated with the credit bureaus.

My credit report shows that I still owe them and I am in arrears even though I settled in full. I have sent countless emails and even called but I have not received any assistance, not even a response to my emails.
Got called in for an interview, which was conducted by Roger. The basic formalities of an interview were done and then he went on to explain what type of person he wants to occupy the position "doc admin position". Long story short, he advised that he doesn't want "a stuck up person...a serious person". He further advised that he likes ******* and ass and he will occasionally "squeeze your ass or touch your ****s" and you have to be okay with that. And if you're not okay with that, then you're not the right person to fill the position. This after he had already told me that based on my experience, he thinks I'd be great for the job. However, because I made it clear that I wouldn't be comfortable with him touching me then I obviously didn't get the job. I guess merit alone doesn't get you a job anymore. Sad.
I transferred money using the African Bank app. The money never got to where it was supposed to. I visited the branch for an explanation as to what happened, where the money is at and to ask them to reverse the payment. The consultant couldn't explain, they also couldn't reverse the payment. We called the call centre (together with the bank consultant) & I was advised that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. Well, it's been two weeks since the transfer and 8 days since I lodged the matter with African Bank and I still haven't been contacted by African Bank or received my money back.
I'm in labour, since 1am last night. I arrived here at the South Rand Hospital at around 10:45 in the morning. It's 20:24 in the evening and I still haven't been attended to. There's only 3 of us here, all arrived at around the same time and we all have not been attended to. All I can say about the hospital is that they have really ****ty service and they really don't care about their patients. What a nightmare this has been!
