The way these people phone a person in a half an hour i am working i cant answer i did pay my account on monday already open your eyes if you need me or there is a R1 short mail me and tell me stop phoning me every 2 seconds man come on i am AT WORK
Why is this place still in business a week later still no delivery not even been contacted regarding my order from Mtn make sure i get my order before the end of the day, how can you state “ RETURN CREATED AT CIT JHB. Ive been waiting a week nog for my mtn delivery no call yet till this far saying when i will receive my order,i am paying mtn for this but i must contact dsv to follow up die delivery status is saying rrt failed to deliver.. make sure i get my packet tomorrow from dsv or i woll cancel ot with mtn and mtn will blamr dsv for their bad service

They are so rude and unreasonable, i lost my job in January and they only starting to phone me and force me to do a debit order i started only now working again i explained and said as soon as i get any money in before my pay date i will make payment now she wants to tell me about cellc and and what not i made a agreement with ssd with a eft and that was never a issue now phoning me and upsetting me at work i really think your people need proper training…
I am terrified, i received my uif money i **** payment arrangements that i will eft the money to finchoice they had the nerve to still debit my account even when i made my payment on monday and even paid more than agreed upon, the took my last food money for till i can claim uif again I GOT RETRENCHED i should’ve believed all the bad reviews

I don’t understand, i was pre approved i filled in all the details and shortly they approved the loan… fnb kicked me out and the loan is now gone and if i reapply on the app it declines me?? This doesn’t make sense how do i get approved and then the app glitches and then i can apply and it doesn’t appear on my timeline anymore also?? If i phone the fnb call centre i get transferred from one side to another
Where in your life have you ever seen that your get fitted a faulty unit and not working paying a monthly fee and if i want to cancel a unit that is not even active or working they want me to pay a cancellation fee??? What kind of service is this???? I mean really i want this thing out of my CAR asap
