Ssd & Associate nonsense

I had a loan with Atlas finance on arrears of two months. When I requested a settlement I was told it was handed over to this stupid Ssd people. On the 16th of May 2025 I called them n I was given a settlement amount and banking details. Money was paid all of it on the day. I made a follow up and payment was received and confirmed. On the the 31st of May Atlas Finance debited again. I'm so frustrated. I don't have a Paid up letter that they said they send to me. Atlas can't refund before these people pay them. I'm in between these two stupid companies who don't know what they doing. Why they handed me over if they will still track my account? And why Atlas didn't take the money when I wanted to settle it. If they know my account is still with them. In one month I paid R5180 and was debited R2600 and don't care. Pls if u have an account that is handed over to this Ssd don't pay them go straight to your lender.
