SSE Maintenance specialize in plumbing and electrical but tried their hand at earthquake assessment and **** on the damage report about whom they encountered on site.
You were called to review damage caused by the 11 June 2023 earthquake and you classified the cracks as "settlement cracks" because you have no earthquake specialists on your team, so you just guessed up something. You specialize in plumbing and electrics but not earthquakes. And you **** on the damage report about who you encountered on site. If that fact is untrue, then the rest of your damage repost is also untrue. Settlement cracks happen within 3 years of a house being built. This house is 20+ years old.
