Ssem poor customer support
Please assist me as I came to your office for my defective Powertraveller Powergorilla (product code LOPG002) seeing the technical team and Charlene Visser in Sales and you were unable to assist me as it passed the 1 year guarantee mark, you saying that the internal battery is not replaceable and you did not even offer even to send back to the supplier for review or get me a replacement unit which I thought was unfair as was invoiced on 20 april 2018 - doc no INV440398 by Denise. The powergorilla battery no longer lasts, only lasting for 4 hours a night unlike when I first bought lasted much longer previously lasted about 12 hours for my remstar one autoflex cpap. Charlene also mentioned that there are issues with the powergorilla with also other customers and SSEM are looking for new suppliers for battery backup for CPAP machines. Regards, Giuseppe
