Rude, Abrupt, disrespectful ****** agents!!!

Pathetic horrible, rude, appalling uncivilized contact agents. Firstly they never introduce themselves when they call. Secondly I must get tortured by the agent that will ask if they speaking to me and then ask me another 3 times after I have responded yes it's me, then I get asked as to why my voice is like that... Like what the ****en hell shiuld my voice sound like?? Who were you expecting on the other end really?? We not all criminals here and when I'm asking you to speak up, you ****** damn speak up and stop asking me rubbish, when I'm demanding for the banking details to pay, you wanna tell me what to do as if I'm getting paid by you, you don't even know where the hell I make my money from... The decent thing you can do is train your rubbish agents to be disciplined when they call clients, not treat us like rubbish and talk to us as if we criminals running away with money, at the end of the day its our money paying your salaries, so if you people are not trained well enough to speak respectfully to us, then never bother calling me because if you do, know I will always block your calls or just ignore until I'm ready to pay on my own. I won't be subjected to such rubbish from rude agents. Rather your business must shutdown!!! Very appalling I must say
