Unhappy and sad 😔 service from the company owner

I have paid a deposit for the company to fix my patio window and frames, June of 2023, after 3months of waiting, no feedback from the owner Aubrey Makata, I requested for a refund September 2023 for another company to do the work for me. I have been waiting for my refund ever since..The owner Aubrey Makata is not taking my calls, when he does answer he comes up with stories that he waiting for money from previous jobs, 😒, this is not professional and I paid the money why does it take this long to return it back? I doubt the company is running om such a small amount of refund.
