I have been struggling for quite some time to obtain assistance regarding distance learning. There is absolutely no support with applications, as the entire process is automated. The system repeatedly fails to produce any positive outcome, and no one ever provides feedback. The only response you receive is a reference number.
I have sent numerous emails, all of which generate automatic replies, but no actual person ever contacts you. It has become extremely frustrating to receive any answers or to reach someone who is able to assist. My emails have now reached a point where they are blocked, and the delivery status shows “undelivered.”
When you call, the person on the line appears to have received no training and cannot provide any information. They always escalate the matter to a manager, who never calls you back.
Secondly, an application was submitted to Stadio for credits for previous modules completed at another institution. Although the credits were approved, this approval now seems to contradict the continuation of my studies, as it is not being taken into account.
