Bad Service

I have experienced very bad service at Audi center Trichardt.I took my car in for service and now I am experiencing a lot of problems with the car. when I consult them I cannot get clear assistance and poor service to me as a client is what am experiencing I am now ending up having to pay a lot of money because of their incompetence

i bought the car from them and they have been servicing it ever since and they should know the car history but I see they are just doing it for money not to also satisfy me as the client whenever I tell them what I am experiencing in the car they denied and tell me something else but at the end of the day I found out I was right A free campaign software update was conducted on my cars without my consent and now my car is showing a lot of error messages and they t resolve them

ai am so disappointed in their service, I am not enjoying driving their products anymore
