It was truly an amazing experience. Barelize went out of her way to give me the best client service that there could possibly be. Every step of the whole process, I was guided and advised until the deal was approved. My car was delivered to my door step in Bloemfontein. Thank you Barelize.

Dear Mr. Stander, I’m writing to express my disappointment with how my recent experience at Stanco Motors has been handled by Sales Executive Richard and Sales Manager Harry Mostert. I showed interest in a VW Tiguan based on your AutoTrader advert, which listed a specific price and mileage. After extensive negotiations, I was told the price was incorrect and the mileage higher than advertised. Despite this being an internal error, no accountability was taken, and the deal was ultimately cancelled — even after I had made plans for delivery this weekend. I don’t believe it’s unreasonable to expect a company to honor the terms it advertises. It’s disappointing to have invested time and effort, only for the deal to fall through due to mistakes on your team’s side. I hope you will look into this and ensure future customers are treated more fairly. Regards Ngubs

I bought a demo Haval H6 HEV from StanCo motors, everything was fine until they delivered the car in Pretoria and had me sign the paperwork. Then only inspection of the car was done to discover "oh sorry i forgot to tell you there is a dent in the driver door" If I had been informed of that prior to delivery (as i did not see the vehicle in person) I would have declined.. The second surprise is how filthy dirty the engin bay was... excuse given "we had to drive on a dirt road to deliver through Delmas" Sorry this is not my first demo vehicle but it definetly was the dirtiest one ever! Next they begrudgingly agree to let me have the car repaired by a reputable panel beater in PTA east... they wanted to do it as a quicky in 2 days back in Trichardt... no ways in hell are you fetching my car driving it there ... doing a shoddy job with one of your buddies and then give it back.... I would have had to have it redone again anyway ... Now they refuse to pay for the valet service that was paid for out of pocket to have the engine bay cleaned and the car properly polished... that is another thing they said they did but clearly "an expert in the industy" said it was not done ever.... Conclusion.... dont buy from them!
