I want to thank Ntibi Phohlele for going out and about her way to resolve my issue I had with my upgrade. My profile is now updated and I am able to upgrade my contract.
It was truly an amazing experience. Barelize went out of her way to give me the best client service that there could possibly be. Every step of the whole process, I was guided and advised until the deal was approved. My car was delivered to my door step in Bloemfontein. Thank you Barelize.
I have been a loyal Cell C customer since 2017 and have always paid my account in full and on time — even during the period when I was under debt review. I became debt-free in August 2025 and obtained official confirmation thereof. I have since been able to obtain vehicle finance (January 2026), which confirms my financial standing has been restored. Despite providing proof that I am no longer under debt review, Cell C still refused to assist me with an upgrade. Following this, I formally requested cancellation of my contract in writing. To date, I have received absolutely no feedback. As a long-standing customer, I expected better communication and service. Loyalty clearly counts for very little. I request: Formal feedback regarding my upgrade refusal. Confirmation of my contract cancellation in accordance with applicable regulations. A clear breakdown of any applicable cancellation terms. I hope this matter can be resolved professionally and without further escalation.

Following up on how he has made progress since joining and going the extra mile to make his experience and much needed fitness journey fun filled. My whole family have since joined and we are super happy.
