Dear Mr. Stander, I’m writing to express my disappointment with how my recent experience at Stanco Motors has been handled by Sales Executive Richard and Sales Manager Harry Mostert. I showed interest in a VW Tiguan based on your AutoTrader advert, which listed a specific price and mileage. After extensive negotiations, I was told the price was incorrect and the mileage higher than advertised. Despite this being an internal error, no accountability was taken, and the deal was ultimately cancelled — even after I had made plans for delivery this weekend. I don’t believe it’s unreasonable to expect a company to honor the terms it advertises. It’s disappointing to have invested time and effort, only for the deal to fall through due to mistakes on your team’s side. I hope you will look into this and ensure future customers are treated more fairly. Regards Ngubs
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the meal I purchased from your drive-thru on 30 August. Unfortunately, the chicken I received was extremely dry and burnt. On top of that, I was charged for extra sauce, yet the chicken had no sauce at all. I tried eating the chicken, but it was not edible, and even when I attempted again the following day, the quality was worse — I eventually had to throw it away. This was very disappointing, and I feel like I wasted my money. This experience has left me highly dissatisfied, and I will not be purchasing from your branch again. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

I just enquired with Naked Insurance and spoke to Nelisiwe Thobela. What a stela service and I hope their service and contractors they use are as good and informative as Nelisiwe Thobela.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I have received from Wumdrop services, the drive called Thokozani is very *********** and unreliable, I had placed an order from Makro on 25 Jan and they captured the address incorrectly which I then called to have it corrected and the order was then scheduled for delivery on Monday and Monday nothing happened and the driver claimed to have called me and I was unreachable and therefore returned the order to Makro silver lakes. The order was again rescheduled to be delivered today 31 Jan and I tracked the order the driver told me that the address he has states that he needs to deliver in PTA which is not the correct address and the attitude I am experiencing is out of this world. I had placed this order to host an event today and c have to borrow money and make means to buy the same products because the delivery will not happen today. Order Number : WUM-6DP5EE
I placed an order on February 25, 2025, for 2 bottles of Moet and 1 bottle of Hennessy VSOP at Makro Silver Lake online. On Monday, the 27th, I tracked my order and noticed that the address was incorrectly entered. I called customer service to have it corrected, and they updated it while confirming that my order would be delivered on that same day. However, no delivery occurred, and instead, I received a message stating that the order had been returned to the store because the driver attempted to call my number and I was unreachable. This is very frustrating, as I know the driver never contacted me. I demand to see the call logs of any attempts made. Today is January 31, and I still have not received my order. I have never experienced such poor service, especially from a large company like Makro, for such a small order.
I just want to appreciate my interaction with Mathapelo. She was patient, listened attentively prompted her responses, and even offered further assistance should I not come right with my insurance. she represented Pineapple well
I feel like this matter should have been closed by now , from my first experience with your company I have seen how there is just 0% sense of urgency. Must I drive to your offices again to have things attended to. I gave this issue more than enough time for your company to come up with a workable solution and seemingly all I am experiencing with your services is continuous dissatisfaction. I had high expectations from a tracking company , I held the company in high regards but now I am not convince if I am with the right company. I can only imagine the frustration one goes through if they experience theft or attempted hijacking. Can I have this issue closed today.
I don’t have an insurance policy with Outsurance and I just woken up to a debit order of R2275.51 Now reversing the payment will be at my expense and will ruin my credit profile Did only a quotation in July with multiple insurances and I was not even debited to do quotation This company goes around telling people they will pay them R500 if they beat their existing premiums yet they *****ulently debit accounts without permission I want outsurance to refund my money with immediate effect and pay me that R500 for *******ly debiting my account
Back in 2023 Feb, I upgraded my policy to have a booster cover, and to my discovery today I found out that no booster was activated in my account however a basic access waiver was added which is what I had not called in for. I need this to be looked into quickly and for the upgraded telephone call to be listened to as I know what I upgraded to vs what they decided to be upgraded to. There is a valid claim that has been authorized today. I need urgency and priority on the matter as I need to make an informed decision ASAP before the workshop charges me for storage. I need to give them a go ahead to continue with the repairs or not as there is a shortfall from the claim submitted.
