I received a transfer of R159 from My girlfriend on the 28 April 2026 and they block my account and no i have no access to my funds cant pay my accounts they are with holding ove R2000 of my money for a payment of R159.00. The only responce i get is please contact our ***** department. You can talk to any one that is investigating the case as there is just an email that they give you *****opsinvestigation@standardbank.co.za and that sends you an automated response saying this can take 6 to 8 weeks just get a response. I can prove that the transaction was not *****ulent but no one is will or seems to be able to assist. I now have no access to my funds but they sure can take bank charges out my money.
