No customer service

Extremely Disappointed with Service I ordered the Buy 2 Get 1 Free special and even paid extra for earlier delivery. Three days after placing my order, I was informed that delivery would take 10 business days — completely defeating the point of paying for faster shipping. Then, a day after being told my order was dispatched, I was suddenly told that the products I ordered were out of stock and I had to choose something else.

I didn’t order on a whim — I needed those specific products. Instead, I was forced to settle for alternatives I didn’t want and ended up losing money in the process. The response from the company? Just one excuse after another.

This whole experience felt like a waste of time and money. I won’t be ordering from Standard Beauty again.
