Enriched Topsoil includes stones 5cm in diametre

I purchased enriched topsoil from Stanler Farms on more than one occasion and was surprised to find stones the size of golf balls in my garden. When I asked them about it they said that the product should not be used as a topsoil as it is sieved with a 5cm sieve! I was not advised about this when I placed my order. Why is the product called enriched topsoil when it includes between 10 and 20% stones. It should be named stone/ sand filler because that is what it is. When I asked for compensation for the damage done to my garden they replied, we regret losing you as a customer. Do not use this company, they are dishonest in their practices!
